Video: Staunton State Park Marmots

Go on a fieldtrip with Colorado Parks and Wildlife Educator Makenzie to Staunton State Park to learn all about marmots! Meet Ranger Adam Bliss and learn about marmot adaptations such as hibernation and what we can do to help these little critters that call Colorado their home.

Keep your eye out in the video to see if you can spot a squirrel running around in the background!

It should be noted that Staunton State Park was the newest state park open to visitors as of the making of this video in September 2020. So depending on when you are watching this, Colorado Parks and Wildlife might have a new state park!
