Colorado Parks and Wildlife joins the Colorado Tourism Office and Leave No Trace ‘Care for Colorado Coalition’ as a Stewardship Partner.

As many of us head outdoors for the holiday, the Colorado Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) want to remind Coloradans to recreate responsibly and stay close to home.

This is a historic sighting. While lone wolves have visited our state periodically including last fall, this is very likely the first pack to call our state home since the 1930s.
